People are the heart beat of our practice. Our team of experienced professionals has a love for dentistry and a natural passion for serving people. For over 30 years, We have been providing comprehensive family dentistry to the Crown Point community. Even with 37 years of combined dental experience, the entire team continues to attend education courses, on a continual quest to learn, grow, and adapt to the latest techniques and technology for top care and patient comfort.

Personal Life and Hobbies
Spending quality time with my wife and three daughters. Interests include music, picking up a book daily, movie watching and anything active from biking to bowling and pick-up basketball.
I enjoy the beauty of being a general dentist that can build strong relationships with patients and having the knowledge and skillset to provide quality care. A goal of mine is to not be a "One-Trick Pony," by providing treatment options and putting the patient in the driver's seat.
Dr. Eric Compton
Dr. Eric offers a unique combination of artistic skill coupled with advanced scientific techniques. He has been bringing the best and the latest in dentistry to Northwest Indiana for over 30 years.
Why we love him
Dr. Eric has a special talent and vision for cosmetic dentistry. He has spent many hours studying the relationship between a healthy mouth and a healthy body.
Education
Dr. Eric is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Northwest Indiana Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Laser Academy, the American Academy of General Dentistry, and the Chicago Dental Society.
He is certified in sedation dentistry and belongs to the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He has fellowships in the International Congress of Oral Implantology and Midwest Implant Institute.
Dr. Eric is also the owner of a Mini Dental Implant Center of America. He is on staff at Community Hospital and Franciscan Hospitals in Dyer and Hammond.
Dr. Eric started Dental Home Health, a service that brings dentistry to the houses and facilities for those unable to go to the dentist. He is also the director of Dental Services at Hartsfield Village.
Personal Life and Hobbies
Dr. Eric is an entrepreneur with multiple business ventures. In 2017, he was voted innovator of the year by The Society of Innovators.
When not in the office, Dr. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He and his wife are very active in the community and serve on various boards. Dr. Eric also has a passion for classic and exotic sports cars, hockey, golf, tennis, and skiing.
